On October 23, 1999 Dumas made her last appearance on ECW. On February 13, 2000 Dumas made her debut in World Wrestling Federation/Entertainment (WWF/E) with Rios under name as Lita. In 2001, Dumas win her first Women’s Championship title by defeating Stephanie McMahon at RAW and defended her title against Jacqueline in Hardcore Match. On November 18, Dumas participated in six pack challenge Women’s Championship match but couldn’t win the title. On March 17, 2002 she made her debut at Wrestle Mania 18. At Unforgiven Lita teamed up with Trish and register win over Holly and Kim on September 21, 2002.
